Effective October 1, 2006 Fiserv requires that all Closing and
Appraisal Affiliate/Vendors pass a Criminal
Background Check (CBC). This policy is being
implemented to satisfy the needs of our
clients and to ensure compliance with new
laws and regulations concerning the security
of confidential consumer information.

Applicants are individually approved as independent contractors and compensated with a negotiated fee for each product completed. Affiliates are required to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement with Fiserv to clarify individual contractor status and a non-disclosure agreement. |

Appraisers & Notaries

You must provide a copy of current license(s) for each applicable state and your resume to be retained on file and distributed to clients upon request. You must provide updated copy(ies) upon renewal in order to continue receiving assignments.
Appraisers are required to carry a copy of their license and a photo ID to all inspections in order to clearly identify themselves. |
| Confidentiality Obligations |
Terms of the Fiserv Independent Contractor Agreement and Fee Schedule are confidential between you and Fiserv. All proprietary documents and information are strictly for use in performing work for Fiserv and are not to be used for other purposes. All information regarding Fiserv customers (lenders and borrowers including their agent/representative) is to be held in strict confidence. We require that you sign a copy of our Privacy Policy and a Non-Disclosure Agreement which will be maintained on file. |

security of our clients’ persons and/or
property. Failure to submit to and/or the
discovery of any convictions that could
potentially threaten the safety and security
of our clients’ person and/or property will
result in an automatic revocation of your
independent contractor status. The CBC is
conducted by Axciom.

We will accept a CBC through either our own
internal CBC program or through the CBC
program offered by the National Notary
Association (NNA). We do not require Closing Affiliates/Vendors to be members of the NNA to be part of our network.
The internal CBC program is conducted by
Axciom. Fiserv has negotiated a reduced rate for
your convenience.
The CBC will be reviewed for convictions
and/or the potential of any threat to the
safety and security of our clients’ persons

Real Estate Brokers/Agents with a CBC
will be preferred when orders are assigned.
A select number of our clients require a CBC
for any Broker or Agent receiving their
orders and over time, we believe, more
clients will require a CBC, therefore it is
STRONGLY recommended that all of our Brokers
and Agents have a CBC. The CBC will be
reviewed for convictions and/or the
potential of any threat to the safety and
security of our clients’ persons and/or
property. The internal CBC program is
conducted by Axciom.

Technology Requirement:
Appraisers |
Ability to transmit reports in XML format directly to Fiserv via XSite Network by a la mode or ACI eServices or Lighthouse. Appraisers in Fiserv’s network may be able to receive a substantial discount on a la mode's Wintotal Software, and/or an Appraiser XSite & XSite Order Manager. Territory:
Appraisers & Title Abstractors

Territory is determined based on information provided by you. Territories are subject to change depending upon volume and performance. We add new Affiliates to our network to provide additional coverage in response to increases in volume, vacancies, new customers and/or unacceptable performance by existing affiliates. Territories are reassigned based on vacancy or unacceptable performance. Territory size is based on the ability to consistently meet the quality and turn time standards combined with the appropriate data sources and experience and may be adjusted by Vendor Management as deemed necessary based on performance Appraisers are expected to maintain access to appropriate data sources necessary to analyze market data in their assigned territory. |

Fee Schedule |
Fees are negotiated with Vendor
Management at the time of agreement taking
into consideration current market price of
the product within a specific region.
Complex orders requiring additional work or
excessive travel should be identified upon
acceptance of the order, and will be
negotiated on a case-by-case basis or
reassigned. All fee changes must be approved
prior to completion of
the order. |
| Payment for Services |
Our payments are generated automatically without need for invoicing. We provide a reconciliation report with each payment that details work being compensated in that payment or the information is available on the website for appraisers and agents. Call your respective Vendor Manager with questions or discrepancies. |

Transmission and Tracking of Assignments |
Assignments are delivered via email throughout the business day from our automated assignment system. It’s assumed that you will accept all orders you receive. If you are assigned an order out of your territory, or you cannot complete the assignment within the specified timeframes, it’s your responsibility to call us immediately so we can reassign the order. Changes in coverage area should be communicated to Vendor Management promptly. |

Performance |
Performance is based on timely delivery
as well as quality and accuracy for all
products. It is critical that we
consistently meet our customers’
requirements.
If we determine that an Affiliate is not
meeting the standards to which they have
agreed when signing on with Fiserv, we will take whatever action is
required up to and including terminating the
relationship.
We’ve made a pledge to our clients for
timely delivery of quality products, and
we are committed to fulfilling that pledge.

| Errors & Omissions Insurance |
Fiserv requires that you
maintain professional liability (Errors & Omissions)
insurance.
|
| Dress Code |
The dress code for Affiliates who
perform services on behalf of Fiserv is "business
casual." Look like the professional that
you are! Please be sure to carry appropriate
identification at all times. |
